Refund Policy

The Service may refund customers deemed eligible for returned Purchases. To be considered for a full or partial refund, customers must submit a written request via Customer Support email at Info@501c3Center.com.

A refund may be issued for the following reason(s):

If an order is canceled after payment has been made by the client, but the filing document is not filed with the appropriate governmental agency, you may receive a 100% refund.

The SLA (Service Level Agreement) of your order was not met.

SLAs, Errors, and Off Hours

SLAs are governed by the product delivery method chosen on checkout. They can be extended due to an error for up to 48 hours per error.

Errors result from incorrect or mismatching information provided by (you) the client.

Off-hours are non-processing times. This includes after 9:30 pm on weekdays and anytime on the weekends. If your order is placed after hours or on a weekend, it will begin promptly the next business day within the selected SLA Delivery Time.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
